RATING GUIDE (NTRP)
An NTRP Rating is a numerical indicator of tennis-playing ability, from 1.5 (beginner) through 7.0 (touring pro). It is a measuring tool that indicates a player’s current playing ability, and it can be used to track their progress as they develop their games.
As a result, ratings are a great solution for tournament acceptance and seeding. In non-elimination formats, ratings can be used to are a great way to group players of similar ability together in tournaments/leagues.
