How to Register
There are two methods of registration:
ONLINE
Click Register Online below, follow the steps to complete and submit the registration form and pay by PayPal. You will automatically receive an email confirmation with the gate code.
MAIL-IN
Download, print and complete the registration form. Mail or deliver the registration form to: Dunmoore Membership, 942, Duncannon Drive, Pickering, ON L1X 2P3 along with a cheque for the appropriate amount. You will receive an email with the gate code from the membership director once your registration has been processed.
Membership Fee
Family
A family membership is for 1 or 2 parents and their children who are – 17 or under as of May 1 of the current year. Any person who does not fit into this category must register as either Single Adult or Single Junior.
$100
Adults
For anyone 18 or over as of May 1, 2025.
$60
Junior
For anyone 17 and under as of May 1, 2025. Parent or guardian must sign the application form.

Release/Disclaimer
By registering for membership at Dunmoore Tennis Club, the registrant/member hereby releases and forever discharge Dunmoore Tennis Club, its membership, executive officers, instructors, and the City of Pickering from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands, for damages, loss and/or injury, howsoever arising, whether the result of bodily injuries, illness, (whether related to Covid 19 or otherwise) or death to a person, or loss or damage to personal property which heretofore may have been or may hereafter be sustained by the registrant/member as a consequence of direct or indirect participation in or at any tennis related activity and consequences thereof. By registering for membership at Dunmoore, the registrant/member acknowledges that they have read and understand the above release/disclaimer. The information provided by the registrant/member in the registration application is correct to the best of their knowledge. Photography and Video Consent and Release
By registering for membership you consent to be photographed, filmed, and or otherwise recorded and further constitutes to the release, publication, or reproduction of any and all recorded media with your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose in perpetuity in connection with Dunmoore Tennis Club. By becoming a member, you waive, and release claims you may have related to the use of the recorded media, including without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the recorded media, any claims of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement. You understand that all recorded media will be done in reliance of this release.
Dunmoore Tennis Club is committed to respecting our members’ privacy. We do not sell or disclose your information to any outside company for marketing, solicitation, or any other such purpose. On occasion, Dunmoore may call, mail or email you.
