Court Booking Rules

Courts may be booked up to seven (7) days in advance, through the Clubspark online booking system.

• Members who have reserved a court through the Clubspark booking system take priority over members who have not made a booking. If a member arrives at their scheduled booking time and the reserved court is being used by players without a Clubspark booking, those players must vacate the court promptly to allow the booking holder to play.
  
  
• Members are permitted to book one court per day. When two members play, the booking counts as each player’s one-court daily entitlement.
  
  

• Courts may be reserved in 30-minute time slots, with a maximum booking duration of two hours per reservation.

• A late arrival does not extend your booked time. Please arrive on time and vacate the court promptly at the end of your booking to respect other members’ reservations.

• Do not enter your court before your scheduled start time. When walking to your court, please be courteous of ongoing play on other courts, especially during active rallies.

• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible. No-shows should be avoided.

• The Club reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of non-compliance with these rules.

• Court time may be pre-empted by the Club for tournaments, programs, leagues, social events, or maintenance activities.
